Introduction

As part of the Magento Cloud package, an account has automatically been provisioned on Blackfire. The owner of that account is the same person, with the same e-mail address, as the owner of the Magento Cloud instance.

Note: the account owner is usually someone from the merchant's organisation.

Important note about your Blackfire account's e-mail address

If you are the owner, please make sure that your Blackfire account's email address is matching your Magento Cloud's email address.

If you received an invitation to the Blackfire environment for this project already, you should ensure that you create your Blackfire account using the same email address the invite was sent to.

If that is not the case, or if you are not the owner of the Magento Cloud instance, please follow the instructions below.

If you already have GitHub, Google, or SymfonyConnect accounts

  • To create a Blackfire account, go to www.blackfire.io and click the “Log In” button.
  • Click on your preferred service provider: GitHub, Google, or SymfonyConnect.
  • Confirm with your service provider that you would like to let Blackfire use your account to log in.

You have now created your Blackfire account. The email address associated with your Blackfire account is the same as the primary email address associated with your service provider.

If you do not already have a GitHub, Google, or SymfonyConnect account

  • To create a Blackfire account, go to www.blackfire.io and click the “Log In” button.
  • Select “Login with SymfonyConnect."
  • Create your SymfonyConnect account.
  • Once you have created an account, you will receive a verification email. Make sure that you click the link in the email.
  • Return to www.blackfire.io and click the "Log In" button.
  • Click on SymfonyConnect.

You have now created your Blackfire account. The email address associated with your Blackfire account is the email address you used to register with SymfonyConnect.
